Coredat Business Solutions GmbH is a company with longterm experience in developing  customized ERP-Systems. We rely on the experience of 10,000 PricewaterhouseCoopers clients, which were also an inspiration for our founding in 2001 in Vienna. Out of the need to change and especially to support the payroll industry by internet-based software solutions, we have made ​​it to our goal to develop customer-oriented, customized, flexible and reliable software for this and similar areas.


A main focus in development of our products is on the quality characteristic of usability. We ensure to make complicated processes as easy as possible. This includes also the availability of products via the Internet. This ensure you the opportunity to an unrestricted data access and to manage them worldwide. Moreover installation and maintenance costs can be significantly reduced.

These services are built on a modern technical base that allows us to implement outdated concepts contemporary and attractive. For this, we rely on modern technology, e.g. Microsoft SQL 2014, Oracle 11g, ASP.NET C# and Windows Server 2012.


Each of our products consists of different modules, which we can configure and adjust individually for our customers and on each other. So on the one hand it’s possible to hide the functions you don’t need and on the other hand it is also possible to customize our products to the corporate identity of our clients. Even content adjustments can be made individually for each customer. Both the corporate structure consisting of e.g. departments, teams and projects as well as organizational elements such as cost centers, chart of accounts and wage types are user-definable. In addition to the aforementioned information structures our products allow us to model and maintain processes.

All these features are implemented promptly by our department and will be invoiced to our customers on a variable pricing model. This pricing model includes no minimum contract term and is individually tailored to each of our customers.


Coredat Business Solutions consists of a team with decades of experience in development and operation of personnel management, travel management, time management and payroll accounting software. The unique solution concept of our products have been developed in collaboration with leading tax advisors and tax consultants, payroll companies, many SME’s as well as international companies.

Our team is located in Austria and takes over training, as well as on-site training and offers optimal support for the implementation of our software solutions. We also appreciate a high rate of immediate solutions and we support our customers both via email and via phone. This service is, of course, offsetable by minute.


In many years, in which we guide different types of customers, regarding size, industry and complexity, we recognized that no company is equal and therefore its requirements are different. So we target to adapt our software solutions as much as possible to the needs of our customers. These adjustments include on the one hand the change in existing, as well as the creation of additional functionality, such as customized reports. More ports, in addition to the already existing, as well as all other adjustments can be implemented within a reasonable period time.
